He enjoys all kinds of music, singing and playing the piano. He's always reading something--either a book or the latest New York Times or Washington Post. He also enjoys going to baseball games, playing poker, and hanging out with friends.

Nearly 20 years ago, Annette Watkins came to The Cooking Without Looking TV Show after her eyesight was starting to diminish from Stargardt's disease, a group of inherited diseases causing light-sensitive cells in the inner back of the eye (retina) to deteriorate, particularly in the area of the macula where fine focusing occurs.
She is the host, and the interviewer on Segment 3, Food for Thought. So, today we turned the tables on Annette and asked her some questions about her life, learning not to drive, and healthy eating with organic food.
